As we approach an incredible milestone - our 30-year reunion - the time has come to begin planning an event that will be truly unforgettable. We invite you to join the PHSBronco97 Reunion Committee, where passionate members will collaborate to create a meaningful and seamless experience for all.

To ensure an exceptional reunion, we are seeking individuals with a diverse range of skills and expertise in the following areas:
Finance & Budget – Manage funds, oversee budgeting, and coordinate payouts.
Communication – Facilitate updates and engagement through various channels.
Entertainment – Curate and secure entertainment that enhances the celebration.
Event Logistics – Organize and oversee the day-of experience.
Food & Beverage – Select and secure quality offerings for attendees.
Supply Procurement – Source and manage event materials and logistics.
Venue Coordination – Research and secure the ideal location for our gathering.

Committee members will be required to attend planning meetings virtually and contribute financially to upfront costs to ensure smooth execution. Business contributions and sponsorships are welcome, including support for party supplies, catering, entertainment, photography, and travel accommodations..
